Refunds and Exchanges
Pre-made items – Refunds of item(s) are issued within 14 days of purchase and when the item is returned if you are not completely satisfied. Please contact me prior to returning the item. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom made items – I’m sorry but all custom made items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your item please contact me and I’ll help to resolve any issues.

All items are carefully packaged for safe shipping and are carefully inspected prior to being shipped.
